These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Lalalanga language learning platform (the “Service”), operated by Lalalanga (“Lalalanga,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

• “Service” refers to the Lalalanga platform and related features.
• “User” refers to any individual accessing or using the Service.
• “Account” refers to a registered user profile.
• “Subscription” refers to a paid plan providing access to premium features.
• “Content” refers to text, audio, recordings, or other material submitted or generated through the Service.

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Certain features of the Service require account registration, while limited functionality may be available without an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account and for all activities occurring under your Account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

The Service provides digital tools for language learning, including automated language processing, pronunciation feedback, and educational content.

The Service is provided for educational purposes only. Lalalanga does not guarantee any specific learning outcomes, language proficiency, or improvement.

Non-registered or free users may access limited features subject to daily usage limits. Lalalanga reserves the right to modify, restrict, or revoke free access at any time to prevent abuse or ensure fair use.

Certain features require an active Subscription. Subscriptions may be offered on a monthly or yearly basis and automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

Prices, features, and Subscription terms may change from time to time. Any changes will apply to future billing cycles.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You agree not to:

• Abuse or excessively use the Service beyond fair usage limits
• Use automated systems, bots, or scraping tools
• Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the Service
• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes

Lalalanga may suspend or terminate access to the Service at its sole discretion if it determines that these Terms have been violated.

You retain ownership of any Content you submit to the Service.

By submitting Content, you grant Lalalanga a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, analyze, and use such Content solely for:

• Providing and operating the Service
• Improving and developing the Service using anonymized or aggregated data

The Service uses automated and AI-based systems to generate content, feedback, and analysis.

AI-generated outputs:

• May be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated
• Are provided for educational and informational purposes only
• Do not constitute professional, academic, or legal advice

Lalalanga makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated outputs.

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, design, branding, and original content, are owned by Lalalanga or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

The Service may rely on third-party services to support authentication, billing, infrastructure, and automated processing. Lalalanga is not responsible for interruptions or issues caused by such third-party services.

Lalalanga reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, at its sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service will immediately cease.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Lalalanga does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lalalanga shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Lalalanga's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lalalanga from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

The courts of Türkiye shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
