1. General Policy
At Lalalanga, we provide fair and transparent terms regarding refunds and subscription cancellations. This policy applies to all users of the Lalalanga platform.
By subscribing, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. Refunds and cancellations are provided under the specific conditions described below.
2. Cancellation by User
Users can manage and cancel their subscriptions directly from the “Plan Preferences” section in their account Settings.
- Cancellation through Plan Preferences immediately stops automatic renewal.
- Cancelling a subscription does not automatically grant a refund; refunds are processed separately according to the conditions below.
3. Eligible Refunds
Refunds are only available for first-time subscription payments. Subsequent renewals, including automatic renewals, are not eligible for refund, except under exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
Refunds are not provided for:
- Trial or free plans
- Promotional or discounted subscriptions
- Accounts violating the Terms of Service
4. Time Limit for Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase date. Requests received after this period will not be considered.
5. Usage Requirements
- Excessive usage beyond defined limits may make a subscription ineligible for refund.
- Refunds are void if the account was suspended or terminated due to abuse, violation of Terms, or misuse of the Service.
6. Refund Process
Refund requests are handled manually via email:

- Our team reviews eligibility, usage, and compliance with the Terms
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
Closed or deactivated accounts may still request refunds if all conditions are met within the 7-day period.
7. Automatic Renewals
Refunds for automatically renewed subscriptions follow the same rules: first-time payment only, within 7 days, and usage thresholds not exceeded.
Payments outside these conditions are non-refundable.
8. Notification of Refund Decisions
Our support team will respond to refund requests within 5 business days via email regarding approval or denial.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email.
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
